no gui icon for the app #7

Currently the app is using then noname file type icon (named python2) which makes is very hard to spot it.

We need to use a custom icon to avoid confusions.

I tried to upgrade it by uninstalling. virt-manger and this made realise that the instructions from the main README file are incomplete. Once you run them you do not have virt-manger installed.

$ brew reinstall f1ash/qt-virt-manager/spice-protocol                                                        [11:45:14]

I even tried rehash and I still get command not found: virt-manager

i haven't a time now... try for reinstall something brew reinstall f1ash/qt-virt-manager/spice-protocol brew reinstall qt-virt-manager
