API does not provide marketplace-id-list support. #1

Old format with just single 'marketplace' fails to request report with message 
'no marketplaces are applicable for this request'.

It is not possible with the 2011-04-01 library version to use the 
marketplace-id-list feature.

My mistake. German version did add support in 2011-08-01. Updated fork to that 
version and restarted from there.
