Allows definition of custom HDF proxy through SWIG

Also:

add custom HDF proxy example in C#
fix an issue that occurs when receiving a PutDataArrays in the ETP server example
fix an issue that occurs when providing a nullptr proxy parameter in WellboreTrajectoryRepresentation::setGeometry
