What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

Improving handling of dip angle and direction of wellbore markers:

adds dip angle and direction uom as string getters thanks to a macro definition (others classes take advantage of this macro definition)
adds unit tests for dip angle and direction uom as string getters
adds SWIG definitions for handling dip angle and direction
