Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I cannot read a continuous property which has values in a doubleConstantArray

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to read it as if it would be a DoubleHdf5Array

Describe alternatives you've considered None

Additional context Currently, FESAPI throws an exception for such a property "The type of the property values is not implemented yet."
