Change default position of new part #15

The default position of a newly created part should be with the bottom of the part where the mouse was clicked, not in the middle.

Make sure to work from the development branch in future commits.

This is intended behavior. When you click, if you don't let go of the mouse button, you can drag the part around to wherever you might need it.

Ok, thanks
