Solution to the part of #7 pertaining to the Surface Tool. The same system should work with the Material Tool, and I would do it if I had the images. Still needs an image for SmoothNoOutlines

I think it'd be better if the entire dropdown button was a light texture of the surface, so that it doesn't intrude too much but so that it's visible and easily distinguishable.
