created feedback/testimonies section #112

static version completed. there's a reusable component for the individual testimonies. (but still needs to incorporate variables to replace the actual data in the reusable component. )

@CSchmitz81 I tried my best to resolve all the parts you pointed out. However, I'm having trouble with the parts related to data. The current committed version all works but it doesn't utilize the iron-list and properties that you requested. (See your comments above that are not marked as resolved yet.) I made attempts to use them but I'm not sure familiar with the syntax and not sure what to do.... The parts I attempted to code are commented out in the testimonials.html and the testimony.html files.

More work is needed on this, the assignee has changed, and the branch has been updated to #59-landing-page-feedback, so this PR is being closed until more work can be done to resolve the issues brought up as part of this PR.
