Landing Page Overview #58

Implement the overview section of the landing page. This should fill at least the full height of the screen after subtracting the height of the top bar. On screens which are wide enough it should show the text on the left and picture on the right (you can pull the picture from the comp image) and scale both sides as the window shrinks. On smaller screens (400px or less) the text should be placed below the picture and hide the "Collaboration Tree" title.

Someone may have started working on this 5/7. If so, they need to assign it to them.
