Landing Page Footer #62

Implement the footer section for the landing page. This should be a short section with a dark background and have basic social media icons with links to the project Twitter, Facebook, and GitHub pages on the left side. It should also have a copyright attributed to Foundation For an Innovative Future with a link to the license in GitHub. There should also be a statement that "The Collaboration Tree is a project of the Foundation For an Innovative Future", with a link to innovativeFuture.org.

Please base your changes on the develop-landing-page branch.

See the wireframes for desktop and mobile for reference.
