Add a button or buttons to element details dialog with a prompt to add the specified child. The available child(ren) type depends on the type of element being looked at. For example, a question might support an answer child type, with a prompt "Answer this question". The type relationships and prompt text will be provided via a data collection. The button(s) should be positioned in the scrolling content, below the up/down vote item and above the comment section. Clicking the button would open the new element flow, which is not part of the scope for this.
