Notification of quote on lock screen #4

Need to learn how to make a quote notification appear on the lock screen, every morning at 6am, with no sound or vibration.

Text for notification should be a set number of characters, say the first 30 characters of the quote, then ...Open Quotation to see you quote for today!

Eg. "Dream as if you'll live foreve...Open Quotation to see the rest of your quote for today!"

Use the orange target logo as the icon for the notification.

Can be turned off in settings, but default is on - does not ask the user permission first.

I add the notifications to the app, but we need to have a chat about the actual text display

I think it will be to "hard" to display a sample of this day quote

so we agreed that we build notification for a specific max duration (like a month) and we fill with infinite one

I don't mind a set number of characters even if it cuts a word (even if you don't like it), but maybe this is another solution to make us both happy...max number of lines?? (See image attached)

This app also alternates between notification to open the app, and the quotes. An alternative option.
