microsoft_adfs.yaml calls external script #51

Environment

Summary

microsoft_adfs.yaml has a section in line 200 that requires it to download an external script from github. This shouldn't be required

Unable to fetch value. connection to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/f5devcentral/f5-bd-FASTexample/master/ADFS/eav_scripts/adfs_eav.sh for /CHAADFSProxy/ADFS/ADFS_eav_monitor/script timed out

Chiming in that my customer is also running into this issue as well.

The fix for this bug was included with Release 1.9.
