BUG: azure_oms_logger not working correctly in the F5 version 14.0.0 #10

Hello, we are using the iApps logger to log messages from F5 into Azure OMS service. Link https://github.com/F5Networks/f5-cloud-iapps/tree/master/f5-cloud-logger

We have installed the iApps in version 13.1.1 and all is working properly but if we tried to use the same iApps in version 14.0.0 then there is an issue which causes logging problem. Only logging messages are registered in OMS but items in each record are empty. Then there is impossible to set remote publisher in the settings of Application service.

Are you able to advise how we can fix the problem? @seattlevine and @jsevedge

@jiribalon This is related to another open issue #8.

Internal ID 663 is being used to track this, some initial edits have been made to run on v14.x but it has not been fully tested at this point.

Note: Please look at Telemetry Streaming as an alternative as it provides all the same functionality + more!
