In this scenario DO and AS3 are being posted via Big-IQ to a Big-IP.
1) Submit DO to configure a Big-IP
2) Submit some AS3 to configure applications
3) Submit more DO (often needed, perhaps to change a setting)
All three work but after 3), we find all of the AS3 configuration has now been imported into Big-IQ. This isn't wanted/required or should at least be something that can be controlled.
