Template failover via-lb 3.11 does not finish onboard process #61

No, I don't have this issue opened with F5 Support

Description

I tried to deploy a pair of BIG-IP using the template 3.11 failover via-lb. The deployment does not complete and does not pass the licensing process. The same YAML file can be deployed using version 3.9 of the template failover via-lb with success.

@irgoncalves - Can you check if this is the same issue described in #62? I discovered that helping Gert troubleshoot a deployment with the same outcome.

Try deploying with a short GDM name.

Thanks, @memes . It is not the same. I've ran into the same #62 and I was about to open one as well :)
