Because there is no easy way to redirect users from read the docs to clouddocs automatically, I'll do the following:
add a script that redirects to clouddocs.f5.com/cloud/openstack/ if the current hostname is f5-openstack-docs.readthedocs.io (i.e., check to see if we're on read the docs and, if we are, redirect).
