• Fixes: six version affecting sphinx-build
• add heat, lbaasv2, & docs intersphinx mapping
• replace release with variable; replace compatibility table with intersphinx ref to releases and support matrix
• started image refactor for basic_agent_scheduled_redundancy
• add new agent redundancy images
• add new architecture image
• temporarily adding in the ppt deck used to draft new images
• update new architecture and redundancy images
• update architecture diagram; replace old architecture diagram with new one
• fix error in legend in architecture diagram
• remove agent redundancy info; add line about what happens if agent goes down permanently; add horizontal scale-out image
