We're not able to configure some CRL-related setting with the resource bigip_ltm_profile_client_ssl

Describe the solution you'd like

In the resource bigip_ltm_profile_client_ssl:

Please add the option "Allow Expired CRL File" (boolean)
Please document the attribute "crl_file" which already exists in the code but not in the documentation. https://github.com/F5Networks/terraform-provider-bigip/blob/cf31cf34359b2cfc0425b3e40c692ef7512a510f/bigip/resource_bigip_ltm_profile_ssl_client.go#L282-L287
