This PR is needed for the "sendook" tool in the rpitx repository (https://github.com/F5OEO/rpitx/pull/217). It contains :

new functions to parse the command line argument (allowing something like "-f=433.3M"). Comming from https://github.com/merbanan/rtl_433
a little improvement on the debug function, to allow better handling of verbose mode
