Modules running repeatedly #19

When running modules explicitly with d.process('ModuleName'), modules are being run repeatedly. This was noticed when developing WVSS2RH, and may be a side effect of using the autoreload feature of ipython.

Pretty sure this is a side effect of dynamic reloading in ipython. Closing for the moment.
