Dependencies for FAAM data standard #22

As we move towards a data standard, the metadata standard in the decades-ppandas will become depreciated in favour of the faam-data repositiory. This will require faam-data and pydantic as install dependencies.

The imports for the are now sorted, environment file probably needs updating.
