H5 broken on linux #2

Something seems to be broken with the H5 libs on linux, see job fail:

This seems to be related to github actions not pulling all packages from the conda-forge. A temporary fix for the workflowfiles is now in place. As this will likely not affect end users who do properly pull all dependencies from the forge on installation I am closing this for now.
