Info page - on login?

Should the info page be displayed again on login, with a message asking to tick the box if you don't want to see the message again? could:

• use redis (eg '[username]_show_message' = true')
• use database: add eg 'show_message' field to user table in db
• store in cookie

ooh nice. How would we remember that a user doesn't want to see it again?
