Added input field for review and an input selection field for stars to the html. All the backend work to make this functional has already been done by some lovely people yesterday, so with just these changes it works. All tests pass.
Notes:
the selection field for stars is for 0 - 6; the only reason for this is that in the builddatabase we have input examples up to 6 stars, and I wanted to remain consistent.
