create-post.hbs has unnecessary html headers etc #44

Your create-post.hbs has all the trimmings for a html file, (header, doctype html etc etc), but you have this in your default.hbs layout so you don't need it in the create-post.hbs view.

I fixed this without realizing! Pull request #50 took care of it. Thanks 🙇‍♀️
