The role I usually take in a team:

I am happy fitting in and taking any role in a group. As a former teacher, I tend to learn towards the role of organiser/project manager. I like to set deadlines and goals and make sure everyone knows what they are doing. I like to help others and make sure everyone feels confident.

My communication style:

• I tell jokes when I'm nervous

What I value:

• people making me feel valued

What people misunderstand about me:

I often say the wrong thing but it is never with bad intent, my mouth just works faster than my brain sometimes!

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

• I am better at the logical problem solving side
• The finer tuning in CSS can be frustrating and not my fave...
