How I get my best work done: I like to write down my schedule for the day / week with small tasks
The role I usually take in a team: First, I observe. Then, I identify the areas where I can contribute to the team. Following I share my ideas with the team and try to identify synergies between my ideas to other ideas raised. I then try to help building the plan for the team, and help others in implementing their ideas.
My communication style: My best communication type is in person - in small group or in writing.

What people misunderstand about me: Sometimes people think that I don't like to communicate but I really love to.
How I like to get my feedback: I like to get my feedback one to one and also written down. I really value feedbacks!
Technical strengths & weaknesses: It take me time first to get Reading Comprehension but when I finally understand I make a good progress!
Interests (programming or otherwise!): I like to play game which similar to Volleyball, I like Yoga and Pilates, also Meditation.
