Giving feedback for the user is important. It is equally important, though, for this feedback to be informative and to be updating the user on what exactly they've done incorrectly. Otherwise, your feedback will go in vain and filling the sign up form becomes a frustrating experience, which will result in leaking lots of potential registrations.

On your sign up form, the error message giving feedback on answering the mathematical quiz incorrectly is not updating the user with what exactly went wrong.

Actually, it is working as what it should be! There is a special message for every input and they are all work.
