Closes #13

In this PR I have:

set up the symptoms page with a clickable checkbox input list
fix the redirect to and from the Categories page
implemented reducers and action creators that allow us to save the chosen symptoms in the redux store
fix the redirect from the Landing page (now when we click on report it sends us to the Categories page)

@MynahMarie Please change the import statements in the reducer/index files to single quotes for consistency.
