Option rework preparations #395

The only functional change here is that it is now possible to specify a map style and the symmetry settings at the same time.

The bulk of the changes is a refactoring of how the options are nested and the classes are named.

I added tests that show that when only terrain symmetry is specified the map is not reproducible from the map name.
