"Links" in Client #1073

In the top right of the client is Links, unit list ladder map pool etc. Ladder map pool link is incorrect. Should be https://forums.faforever.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16382&sid=10ac38e8afbe899c7dba97f12be9e3c4 instead of the current

I know, a PR for that is pending. I can't merge it since my notebook died, I have no way to test and prepare a release. I should have a rig running within a week.
