Client/lobby should check to see if surround sound is enabled #600

There are never ending errors with new players having crashes/error message because they do not have stereo sound enabled. Is it possible to at least have a warning when they enter the lobby that having surround sound enabled may lead to instability and stereo sound settings are advised?
