functional scroll bar in user list.

scrolling 1000+ users takes ages.... the scroll bar stares me in the face. please let me click and drag it.

while we're at it can we please pin the userlist to the side of the window in the chat tab rather than having it inside the channel tab within the chat tab....

hopefully my ideas are coherently conveyed....

faf doesn't have the best chat interface and the contact list is in the #aeolus tab which scrolls off the left of the window if a sufficient number of conversations gets open

which wouldn't be a problem if the userlist was pinned outside of the #aeolus tab. which i understand is impractical because all channels have their own userlist BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT its the official channel SO IT DOESNT COUNT lmao

• The chat user scrollbar is already draggable in fullscreen, its just hard to see because the scrollbar is way too small and hard to click, in not-fullscreen its hidden by resize, duplicate of https://github.com/FAForever/downlords-faf-client/issues/1032
• There are multiple chat rooms with distinct users lists each., that get distinctly updated via IRC each. Unless somebody has an idea how to deal with that in the UI, i don't see global user list happening. If you have, you can make a new issue. And keep in mind that the aeolus userlist is NOT the userlist of all FAF users that are currently online. So that would probably have to change first and is not trivial. In fact, you don't even have to be logged in to FAF to be able to join aeolus undercertain circumstances, and you can leave aeolus while being logged into FAF and playing games.
