Logs please :) You can find them by going to show logs in the client settings. If there isn't anything there you need to turn logging on in that same menu, wait for it to happen again, then send that log to us here.
Okey, this feature was not enabled (by default?). I have activated it and I will post a log as soon as the freeze happens again.
Where can I find these log files? I see an activate log option but no option to access the file? This is not logical to me. What is the point of the option to turn it on when you can not access them... Still have the game freeze at connecting issue!!!
In the top right of the client choose the drop down menu HELP > Show Logs
I changed the pc name for privacy reasons... These are the last lines of the log. Is this fixable?

When starting a ladder game as UEF, the game freezes after showing the message 'Setting up automatch...'. I waited for like 10 minutes, but nothing is happening.
Everything is set up correctly. Router port forwarding etc...
Happens in like 20 percent of the ladder games I start.
