I will mark this as ready for review on the 28th, so I can process the last remaining PRs before the patch on the 29th.

• Rearrange changelog headings slightly, balance and features are now mentioned first.

@Garanas I managed to rearrange the changelog headings and also improved some snippets while I was at it. Can this get merged before the patch today?
