Description of the proposed changes

This Pull request will be the foundation for the following other pull requests that are related to these changes:

• Creating Scount & Support Satellite
• Rebalance Offensive satellite
• Add the ability to manually shoot down satellites
• decouple the free/auto rebuild of satellites from the station.

On a different note: I do like how you used the snippet to create a branch that all other branches can naturally branch from. That is smart 👍
