UEF M6 mission failures not working

Issue was reported in #429, I'm making an issue to keep track of it, I'll link this in the PR that'll fix this:

• Player ACU death doesn't trigger mission failure
• Black Sun's destruction fires off a dialogue, but doesn't end the operation
