Description

Tightly coupled to https://github.com/FAForever/faf-java-commons/issues/121. Allows moderators to view moderator-specific events entirely separate from the chat log. Should be visually almost equivalent however.

Checklist

[x] Create a new tab, suggestion for a name: Moderator events.
[x] Populate the new tab in a similar fashion to the 'Chat log' tab, except that you use the ModeratorEvents as a source instead of the ChatMessages field
