[x] On websocket handshake check for valid FAF-API tokens instead of current hardcoded ones
[ ] Add OAuth login to restricted Elide API routes

Should be fixed with b626d2dbee15e69486ea1acd7440229be59167ab. Currently all Elide data is readable for public.
