After choosing a faction or after death of his character, a player can create a new character.
[ ] Create a function to generate random names per faction
[ ] Gather first names and surnames for the name generator per faction
[ ] Create a process & websocket message that allows the player to begin creation of a new character. The route responds with a list of randomly generated names.
