I started some code for testing the ice-adapter here: https://github.com/FAForever/ice-adapter/tree/master/pytesting

The goal is to have a set of testers running a testclient which will be remote controlled to run tests and gather the results like ping time

The latest tests didn't show too high CPU loads. I think this can be closed.
