T3 SAM now uses same projectile as T3 MAA and Cruiser. AA missile
projectile gets higher strategic icon size so it's easier to see which
are launched from AA units.
Projectile has same speed as other SAMs, but the model doesnt rotate and
has 32 muzzlebones to every direction! Half of them aren't even used.
That caused some complains about Nomad SAM being slower. Fire circle is
now changed so weapon launches missile from each side of its model.
