Revert Beamer fire circle and try lower range instead.

DPS 3125->4k Range 40->32 Speed 2.5->3

Atlas HP and range is re-adjusted according to Beamer changes. Range 40->32 HP 70k->50k (in order to nerf Getto gunship usage) Off-combat regen 0->240
