Main changes: 1) Update Nomads to FAF changes 2) Fix various bugs 3) Cleanup blueprints 4) Update target priorities 5) Add mobile factory to AC 6) Repurpose t3 arty units into first version of game ender 7) Repurpose rocket arty into t3 static arty 8) Railguns partly replaced to torpedoes 9) Railgun carrier repurposed into EMP ship 10) Aircraft carrier AA weapons replaced with EMP

man this was possibly the worst thing to happen to nomads artillery & the new hole that the arbalest left behind it was cool and interesting before; there was nuance to nomad defensive lines now it's just...spam more piercers. More more more more! no other useful options.

And the old heavy artillery was better for a lot of reasons. No major projectile arc, high firing piece, decent spread the "new" arbalest can barely hit the broad side of a barn. It makes the cybran artillery of all things look accurate! also the nomads' use of railguns vs torps was again, interesting. Unique, even. Why make them more generic? boring?

My point on t3 arty: 1) Long range satellite arty is a huge pain in @$$ because it is way too accurate and projectile is too fast. Low arc made it impossible to hit some things because of map terrain Projectile has to be high arc, but you cant make satellite shoot things with high arc. 2) Master-slave unit didn't always work well making satellite sometimes behave as it likes over your orders. 3) How does PGen adjacency increase ROF of satellite? It isn't connected to PGens. Due to satellite being above building made it impossible to be hit due to terrain on some maps.

All of these points mean t3 static arty has to be land based and it was planned long ago to be some kind of reused orbital turret in lore.

I wish I had a model of proper t3 arty. But i didn't so i reused Arbalast. T2 arty was always better pick than Arbalast and i never saw any proof of opposite (and in fact i really watch nomad replays). Having bad t2 arty analogue and bad t3 static arty (before patch) is much worse than having t3 arty and strong game ender (after patch).

And btw in place of rocket arty i gave missiles to strategic missile launcher as a side ability. So you HAVE an option. It isn't really useful because Jericho costs just as much and hase same missiles, but still.
