Per request, a quick doodle for an updated clan page Capture

for the "managers" who also can handle invites etc. #372 Split up rules, description and links i could imagine some markdown syntax in the description to get links and others features working. The comments on the other hand are difficult to implement and to "manage", you then need some form of delete, update etc. and we don't have any framework here... but we could link the clanpage to a form-thread or similar, to get social features.
