Rename the norms. #236

The names for the endpoints /flaretiming/<compid>/* and /flaretiming_yaml/<compid>/* added with https://github.com/FAI-CIVL/FAI-Airscore/issues/113 were the same names I was using at the time for FS for which **norm-*** names made sense. Now that I'm doing 3-way comparisons in flare-timing I'd like to rename those endpoints like this:

-- norm-score
++ gap-score

-- norm-route
++ task-route

-- norm-arrival
++ mask-arrival

-- norm-landout
++ land-out
