Show penalties for imported comps. #247

When I import the 2020 Meduno *.fsdb, keeping it external and publishing, I don't see the penalties for task 1 but pilot 114, Konrad Lueders busted airspace and got zero points.

Now details about external comp penalties should be displayed same as airscore results (https://github.com/FAI-CIVL/FAI-Airscore/commit/2e4c0996d8f08aa0c31396a4859a9e0fa3dc8f4c). This goes beyond the intentions about fsdb importing, that was mainly to be able to score a league (multi event ranking) merging external results. I guess it is useful for testing anyway. Let me know.
