Bulk import from Excel or FSDB: Differential import #272

When importing pilots from Excel or FSDB, only import those pilots that do not exist already.

Use case: Weekend competitions, we import the pilots who show up on Saturday. Then on Sunday more pilots who up, we need to import them as well.
