Track management in comp settings #85

Add a modal section in comp admin settings to set track source / live tracking (flymaster only at the moment).

I don't think we need a modal, I think a dropdown is enough. What are the choices here? is this a choice between manual upload, flymaster etc. or is this only for remote track sources eg flymaster etc (without upload). I am not sure what happens when we use remote sources but I think that upload is always available. - if this is the case then I would call it something like "remote track source" and have choices "None","Flymaster"... etc.

Yes, a dropdown could be enough. I thought about a modal as we could want to have a switch for livetracking, even if honestly I don't know why someone could want to disable it. We need a delay function for livetracking, so an input and a db field in competition table. HG FAI1 comps need it, probably PG as well. This is a separate point tho, but maybe worth having a "paragraph" for livetracking in comp settings, as checks, management and so on.

What are the choices? Is it a list with manual track upload included or is manual upload always active?

Track source: (Manual, flymaster, xcontest etc)

Or

Remote track source: (None, flymaster, xcontest etc)

For delay..what is it? An integer field in minutes or on/off?

from our telegram converstaion: None (default), flymaster etc Delay is an int field
